Weekend in the Bruce

We spent most of the first annual Family Day Weekend at the Gremm cottage on the Bruce. Like always, there was never a dull moment. To start, the weather going up was entertaining. Thankfully, only 15-20 minutes of it was in zero-visibility, and I only spent a couple minutes in the snowbank. Meghan slept part way up in the car which meant that she wanted to play all night. By morning, she was feeling it (see pic on the left).

Saturday, while the boys "fished" on a frozen lake, Meghan and Olivia played and played. It was really nice to see Meghan actually playing with another child (as opposed to playing beside them, or even worse, pushing them down).

Unfortunately, the weekend was called short on account of more bad weather, but the short visit we had was a lot of fun.
